I have always thought about Nepal as a Sherpa country inspired by images of first successful Everest climb and peaceful Buddhist culture always conjured up in mind. I imagined beautiful Himalayas and idyllic monasteries of Shangrila perched on the hills with the most stunning views in the world. And as the image of charming monasteries and peaceful and friendly Sherpas is true Nepal is much more diverse and much more complicated.
